REPORT OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD ON THE OCS FINANCIAL CONDUCT OF BUSINESS IN 2007 The OCS Supervisory Board (SB) met on 20/02/2008 in full session at the OCS premises, at 5 Generala Vasića St, and for the purpose of revision and control of the OCS Financial conduct of business and Annual financial statement of accounts for 2007. The meeting was attended by Mr Predrag Manojlović, the OCS secretary general, and Ms Stanica Rosandić, head of accountancy. The SB had at its disposal all necessary document of the OCS. For the first time in this mandate of the General Assembly, the OCS Executive Board has decided that the OCS should hire an auditor house to audit of the OCS’ conduct of business. To that end, auditor Deloitte from Belgrade was engaged. The auditor conducted revision and came up with a written report which will be an integral part of material for the General Assembly. During the last year, the OCS had revenue of 195.439.520,00 RSD and expenditure of 195.181.985,37 RSD as is clearly showed in the overview of balance sheet. The SB members asked for and received clarifications concerning certain items of the Annual financial statement of accounts. Control of sponsorship contracts with Serbian and foreign companies proved that the inflow of funds is clearly shown, as can also be seen in the revenue tables. Business trips of the OCS officials, both in Serbia and abroad, have been executed according to the positive rules and the OCS Executive Board’s decisions with travel orders. The SB concluded that the OCS had cleared its commitments towards the state in full and in time. The SB concludes that the Annual financial statement of accounts has been done in accordance with current regulations and advises the OCS General Assembly to adopt the Annual financial statement and the Financial report for 2007. Report is written by the OCS Supervisory Board: Staniša Trujić, president Ivica Matijević, member Aleksandar Matković, member Belgrade, 20 February 2008
