Jelena and Ziki in Pre Quarter-finals

Jelena Jankovic beat  19 year old Christina McHale from USA with 6:2, 6:0 in the third round of Australian open, gaining a place in Pre Quarter-finals.

The young American had 6 break chances to Jelena’s serve, but afterwards Jankovic control of the match.

For placement in qurter-finals, a first one since Roland Garros 2010, Jelena will be playing against the top speed Caroline Wozniacki.  Jankovic is on the lead in the total score with 4-3 in victories, but the Danish player won all three of the last year’s matches.

Best Serbian double tennis player, Nenad Zimonjic, will be playing in Pre Quarter-finals of the Australian Open, after he , teamed with Michaël Llodra beat Spaniards Mark Lopes and David Marrero with 2:0 (6:3, 6:2), without a single break for the opponents.

Zimonjic and Llodra, third carriers in Melbourne, will be playing Leander Paesa and Radek Stepanek for quarter finals. They beat Simone Bolelli and Fabio Fognnini with 6:2, 7:6.
