Serbian water polo team beat Montenegro in the European championship finals in Eindhoven with 9:8 (1:1, 2:3, 3:1, 3:3) repeating the 2006 success. In the equal and exciting match, where the lead was never bigger then 2 goals at the team, Serbia beat Montenegro. In our team Stefan Mitrovic and Captain Vanja Udovicic scored 2 goals each. Serbia goal was again defended by Slobodan Soro, who, with the help of his fellow players stopped the shots of the Montenegro team. Serbian Olympic team will have three more members in London. In the European taekwondo tournament ending today in Kazan, three Serbian contestants won a chance to compete at the Olympic Games. Serbian handball team made a huge success by winning a place in the European championship finals and therefor got themselves a medal. Serbia triumphed over their great rival Croatia with 26:22, after an excellent game in the second half.
